An uplifting story about African children set against the background of the AIDS epidemic.
13 years old Sayla must care for herself after the death of her mother. For her and for many of her friends who have lost their parents to AIDS, it is a hopeless situation. Sayla has promised her mother to finish school. In her struggle for food, clothing and school fees, she meets other desperate children who join her. On a long march all want to speak to the president in the hope of a change in their education and inform the world. A moving story, full of inspiration and hope, dramatic and entertaining at the same time.

will it be released also in philippines?

That means the film has a high probability to get a theatrical release in Germany.

There is a great risk indeed that the movie will be distributed in Germany (well if it is done in the first place) since Pandora is also a film distributor in Germany and Switzerland.
